Wellbeing workshops

Take some time for your wellbeing in this four-part series of workshops designed to nourish your brain and body. From exploring the antioxidants in chocolate to being mindful in the landscape, each session will involve conversation, writing, food and activities focusing on different routes to wellbeing: eating well, awakening the senses, being in nature, and art & craft.

I will help you create your own personal “wellbeing manual” that you'll build up over our sessions together - and you'll be able to take home a little book to remind you of the things that make you feel good.

Workshops take place on four Mondays: 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th September from 10am – 1pm at Huddle, 33 Church Street, Falmouth and include a light, healthy lunch. The cost for each session is £10. For more information and to book, contact Kelly at thewritecafe@outlook.com
